two figs

Two very separate but intimate spaces which were to be linked together to combine a holding bar / relaxed dining area together with a more formal dining room. The client specifically requested a hand crafted approach to the design. The scale and detail of the handcrafted elements, such as the specially commissioned wallpaper helped to link the two areas and lead the customer's eye through the space.

The design bears reference to the name 'The Two Figs' through subtle use of colour, fabrics and ornate metalwork.
